I’ve had such a great experience w/ Jerome. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about helping you improve. My posture has gotten noticeably better since starting sessions! The clinic is clean and always feels comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a physical therapist who really listens and cares!

All the PTs at NYC Home Rehab have been fantastic to work with, and I've learned something valuable about taking care of my body from each of them. Dr. Jerome Rivera, Giselle, Charmaine, and Noreen have each provided a positive, enjoyable, educational environment for me to address a chronic pain issue, and I've felt empowered by the progress I've made. They share space with Verte, a chiropractic clinic, where Dr. Tom sees patients and it creates a very cohesive care atmosphere. All great people to work with, and solid strength improvement and pain reduction in the areas I've worked on. In particular, Dr. Jerome Rivera is the kind of provider you are looking for in healthcare: listens, takes time, doesn’t stop at the easy first answer, open-minded, pleasant and extremely educational in the way he teaches you about everything he’s observing in your movement, why he asks you to do certain exercises, and so on. Thorough. Among his many great qualities as a physical therapist, he is curious, positive, and genuinely interested in his craft and adding tools to his repertoire. There is hardly any PT or wellness treatment that Dr. Jerome hasn’t tried himself. He practices what he preaches. And he has real insight from his own experience trying out many different approaches to care for health.
