Overall ok on the actual clinical visit. Dr. Rassi and the team (PA D. Harbin) are relatively comprehensive in primary care routine tests. They are generally receptive to requests for specific tests and symptom concerns. They do video calls too so that’s good. In general, Dr. Rassi is a much better provider than the PA Debrah Harbin esp wrt promptness and bedside manner. PA Debrah Harbin is absolutely horrible at follow up, working with Epic/myChart, promptly releasing test results etc. Several key bad things—appointments run really late. It’s a small practice with only one small phlebotomy room/one phlebotomist. Plan for delays accordingly. Communications are EXTREMELY slow and super hard to get ahold of via phone or myChart. Staff is otherwise very unresponsive on the portal if you want to follow up on missing test results. Extremely disappointing on this part. Primary care is too straightforward to not just seek for care elsewhere.
