Most horrible experience of my life. I made an appointment to see Dr Kogan at her other office for a televisit which o paid for out of pocket since then did not accept my insurance. $100 for 20 minutes of face time. She seemed nice enough in that time. She referred me to have some test done and after mentioning again to the front desk that they do not accept my insurance they refer me here where she does accept it! After another appointment and having test done I made a follow up appointment 2 weeks later to hear results. The day of the appointment I call since I did not hear from them at the time of my televisit, they informed me that I could not have my appointment because I had an outstanding balance due to me deductible! They said it was $900 and after being denied of hearing my results due to not being able to pay in full, I called my insurance to file a complaint. As a Healthcare worker i know for a fact that claims do not come back as soon as 2 weeks! They informed me that deductible was still pending & only showed an amount of $600. There incompetence and negligence is disgusting. I requested my PCP call for my records, which they never sent after numerous requests. I had to take time off from work to personally pick up a copy of my results and although I cannot fully understand them I am currently looking for a new neroulologist that is competent to help me. But this office will be fully liable if there is anything abnormal in my results or if anything happenes in that time frame.

Doctor Kogan is amazing. She’s knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. The office is really nice and clean and staff very helpful. I recommend this place.
