I would highly recommend AVOIDING this practice. They are chaotic, disorganized and give false medical information. I came here for some nerve testing and was given very specific neuropathy diagnosis information by Dr Ahmed regarding specific nerves in my arms when the test was completed. He said I could tell my Orthopedic doctor, who was also treating me, that these were the issues. Then when I received the official report there were no neuropathy issues noted. It was negative. It was highly negligent to give me false information during testing. If this is something that can't be officially diagnosed in that moment because results need to be analyzed- why would you give it? Very unprofessional. After that I could never trust a doctor who felt okay telling me I had 4 neuropathy's that didn't exist. I was under that impression (and OT treatment) for weeks before the results were released to me. Afterwards when trying to get the test results to give to my Orthopedic doctor, which Dr Ahmed specifically told me to call and get after 2 weeks, I was first denied access and told they couldn't release it without me seeing the Dr first. When I said the Dr told me to call and get them they still said no. Very odd behavior. It's illegal to withhold medical records anyway, so I had to push that angle and they relented and sent it to me. I had to speak to multiple people to get them. Finally when I asked for my full medical record to transfer to a new neurologist it took 5 weeks to get it, several phone calls, email, etc to finally get it. I was told it was being mailed, it was requested, etc. Then turns out she could email it in one second. So much wasted time trying to get my record. This office is a total unorganized disaster.
