I entered my information to inquire about scheduling an appointment through their website. We're on the next day, and I still haven't heard back. I also tried calling and couldn't get an answer or call back. I moved on. Just providing an update so viewers can make their own decision. The phone number on their website is 917 phone number (generally known to be a mobile phone number). They claim below that they just moved and their phone line “may have been down.” I received an iMessage from them today saying something similar about the move and that their phone line should work now. I’m struggling to put together how a move interfered with a (likely mobile) phone that rang yesterday and was able to send an iMessage today. You can make your own decision about this company.
