The experience was excellent. The staff was very nice and quick, and the doctor really knew how to work with kids. They made my son feel comfortable during his hearing aid appointment. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The front desk staff is very nice and attentive. If you need an appointment, it’s better to go in person before 4 PM or call in the morning. They completed the ear molding for my son’s hearing aids, and now we are waiting to receive them. They also scheduled a follow-up appointment, which I really appreciated. So far, I am very pleased and will update my review once we receive the hearing aids. I highly recommend this place for children who need hearing aids.

I’m giving 4 stars because my provider was very kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I couldn’t give five stars because the receptionist was very rude and nasty, being passive aggressive to me when I walked in and this was my first time here. Please train your staff to be more welcoming and not take a bad day out on other patients! Especially since you don’t know people’s day to day lives or circumstances☺️!
