You close at 4, not 5. Update your hours. Do not advertise that you're open until 5 when you're not. GYN office will ignore you if you come by at 4:15. I knocked three times. (I only had a question, so I came in at this time.) Leave a sign that says "last patient at 3:45" or something. It's not hard. I tried to call beforehand and got sent to "after hours" ... at 4 pm, NOT 5 PM. JUST SAY YOU CLOSE AT 4. Blatantly ignoring me when I can HEAR that there's someone talking inside the office, as I'm knocking on the door at 4:15, is very unprofessional. Someone should have at least come out- (again, IT WAS NOT NEAR 5 PM YET) -to tell me that you're closed. If your actual OB/GYN service is anything like this and if this is how this clinic treats its patients, run FAR away from this place. I won't be back. Do not advertise that you're open until 5 if you're not.

I had never gone to an Gynecologist before, and at age 30 I was so worried I'd be judge, or talked to like an idiot. And I am so so glad that was not my experience here. They were so understanding, sweet, kind, informative, gentle... Idk how many other very nice words I could possible use to describe this practice. I have been recommending this place to all my lady friends, telling them how great they are.
