You should consider who you have working at your front desk. We are here for an 8am appointment, yes it’s early but is the nasty attitude necessary? The front desk is your first point of contact and not even being able to return a good morning or make eye contact is beyond disrespectful! People are coming here for xrays and sonograms, not for breakfast! Kindness can go a long way!! Maybe try explaining that to your employees!

I came here for an ultrasound, the person who did my exam was very professional. The stuff on desk ok. But I'm putting 3 stars for the time I wasted waiting to be call. Either by the system or whatever, I wasted 30 minutes of my day. My appointment was at 9:30, I got there before 9:25 and they called me at 10:00 am. I think if they having issues with timing, they should call us or let us know before about the wait. If someone set you for an appointment at 9:30, it's bc 9:30 is the time I should be call. This was my experience, maybe you will be more lucky than me. :)
