Received a collection notice for $33.00 FIVE YEARS after having a procedure at St Francis. Funny how with all of the insurance that I have EVERYTHING was paid for except this $33.00. Can't believe that St Francis is affiliated with such a disreputable bunch, perhaps they should hire people that know how to submit requests for reimbursements in a TIMELY MANNER. Lots of other similar posts from other patients at St Francis... humm... SHOW ME THE BILL FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED... They don't even deserve 1 star...

Called to make an Appointment; Marta was very unhelpful. Couldn't answer basic questions about if you accept my insurance or not, tells me to call my Doctors office or insurance company; sent me on a wild goose chase, stay away from this place.....
