Horrible experience as a new patient, my sister had an appointment as a new patient there, while filling out all the paperwork, not digitally, waited more than 2 hours in the waiting room waiting to be called. after two hours my sister went to the front desk to ask why she hasn't been called yet. according to the front desk lady, she was called and the doctor will not see her anymore. my sister advised the front desk that her name was not called. missing a day of work and no a single call to my sister to at least let her know that her name was called. zero patients and zero humility on this office, the treatment that my sister received was horrible and as if charity was being provided. The doctor in question that did not want to see my sister after waiting for more than 2 hours is Ravi Tikoo.
