Horrible customer service from owner to rep level. The communication is absolutely awful. When trying to relay our experience to the owner, she was dismissive and rude. If you value transparency and accountability from a vendor, do not pick this company.

Unprofessional and rude. Started sending me bills from my hand surgeon 4 years after my last visit saying that it wasn't paid after they did an audit. My insurance company will no longer cover it as it's years old . Don't both even responding
