SCAM ARTISTS!!!! This company must be stpooed from taking advantage of people. 20/20 should do a special on this company. As a matter of fact that's my next letter. Plus ABC, CBS, NBC, WPIX, FOX and every internet review outlet I can find. I run a customer service business, so I tack dis-honest, business practices very seriously. I was told (No promised) on numerous occasions, that my only out of pocket would be my $25 co-pay... Then they sent me a bill for $1,155... after they billed my insurance company $12,260... They were charging my Insurance company an average of $380 per visit... My visits averaged 45 minutes... 15 minutes of which were me just laying on a table with either heat or ice... Not to mention the fact that, when I did get physical therapy,1/2 of the time I with the assistant of the assistant, and I knew more about my program than they did... Don't let this company suck you in with the word "Professional"

Do NOT go here. Their billing and administrative office is a complete mess. It's been more than a year since I've been there, I'm still dealing with billing problems that they caused. They tell me all is resolved but then I get another bill in the mail. Sometimes they say I owe nothing and other times it says I owe hundreds. And when I try to call the billing office, no one picks up and rarely do they call back. Save yourself the nightmare and avoid this place.
