I needed physical therapy after bunion surgery left me with pain, swelling, and limited range of motion. My old favorite PT spot was no longer accessible from my office, so I found PPT on Wall Street, a few minutes' walk from where I work. It's inside an Equinox gym, which can be a bit intimidating when you're out on the floor warming up surrounded by really intense people exercising, but the office itself is warm and inviting. Everyone who works there is friendly, and they're open basically all the time so it's easy to make appointments around your schedule. They were also really conscientious about getting insurance approval for my visits, so I never had to worry about running out of covered visits.
