Can I give negative stars? This place should be closed. My elderly father in a rehab facility waited days and days for these clowns to show up and they never did. Every day the nurses would call and every day they'd say yes, we're definitely coming today, but they never did, meanwhile his health was worsening because treatment was delayed due the lack of x-ray. In addition, several nurses reported the people who answered were extremely rude every time they called. In the end, my father had to be taken to the ER for testing. And guess what? His condition turned out to be life threatening. Shame on this company. Absolute shame. My entire family is lobbying the rehab facility to cancel their contract with this irresponsible provider that risks patient lives.
