Pivotal Physical Therapy, Pllc

I have been getting physical therapy at Pivotal for almost eight months now. I recommend it highly. Elaine, the P.T. whom I work with, is very knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and encouraging. (She is treating me for facial paralysis.) She gives me truly individualized attention. I have made excellent progress and have almost fully recovered. I have also recommended Elaine to a friend, who also likes her a lot. The office staff members at Pivotal are very organized and friendly, and they create a therapeutic and relaxing environment for patients. They are also helpful with insurance coverage.

I can't say enough great things about Pivotal PT. In the beginning of my treatment, I was a frequent client, and everyone at the office was always welcoming and very professional. I was always seen on-time and they were very flexible with my pay schedule which I greatly appreciated. My PT, Nicole, came highly recommended to me from my doctor and I agree with her whole heartedly. I worked with Nicole for about 10 months and I'm a new person because of it. While remaining optimistic, Nicole taught me ways to help speed up my recovery with at-home exercises and frequent, honest updates on my prognosis. I would recommend the practice no question.
