Faiza is an exceptional physical therapist and truly a gem. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the well-being and progress of her patients. What sets her apart is that she not only cares about you as a patient but also as a person. I've been working with Faiza for about a year, and she has helped me tremendously. I still have progress to make due to multiple ongoing issues, but I am confident that with her guidance and expertise, I will continue moving in the right direction. My goal is to avoid injections and surgery, and I am hopeful that continued physical therapy will help me achieve that. Faiza, I truly appreciate your dedication, support, and knowledge. Thank you for everything you do. That said, I do have concerns about how the office is being managed. At times, it can feel very chaotic, largely due to what appears to be a shortage of therapists and communication challenges. As a social worker, I understand the importance of maintaining an appropriate patient-to-provider ratio, and from my perspective, the ratio in this office seems significantly off. This not only affects the quality of patient care but also places an unfair burden on the therapists. I have also experienced two occasions where I arrived for scheduled appointments only to find that a male physical therapist was available. I personally do not work with male providers, so this was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication, especially when making the effort to attend therapy while already in pain. Another concern involves the front desk staff. The receptionist is incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. I am also not a fan of the new appointment scheduling system. I find it frustrating to be directed to a computer or remote scheduling process when there is a front desk staff member available. The receptionist has been wonderful in helping me schedule appointments, but the system itself feels impersonal and unnecessarily complicated. It gives the impression that cost-cutting measures are being prioritized over patient convenience and experience. The clinical care I receive from Faiza is outstanding, and I would love to see the office operations better support both patients and staff. Faiza you get 10 stars the office not so much.
