Perfect Stride Physical Therapy

I had a great experience at Perfect Stride. They helped me significantly with my knee rehab, I’ve gained much more flexibility and feel noticeably less pain, even during intense workouts now. A special shoutout to Arup, who was super cool, friendly, and really knew how to push me in the right way during sessions. He made the whole process both effective and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable and supportive 1 on 1 physio care!

Perfect Stride has been a huge help! I’ve been working with Dominik the past 2 months and have seen great progress with my left knee injury. We first examined what the issue may be that is causing the pain and a plan was put in place. The exercises he has me do have been a great help. With the exercises and the plan to ease back into running - my knee is feel better with each session in time for my scheduled races!
