The pain management approach is excellent, and everything feels very personalized. Mauricio is an outstanding therapist who really knows his craft. He listens, explains, and adjusts each session based on how your knee is responding. The massage work combined with Tecar / Winback therapy made a real difference in reducing pain, swelling, and stiffness. You never feel rushed here, and the focus is clearly on long-term healing, not just quick fixes. As an avid mountaineer, I had a sports injury on my ankle. Mauricio and Jane were able to come up with a targeted rehab plan to get me back on my feet! We focused on posture, load balancing, and massage techniques to ensure I would not injure my ankle again.
