Billed me for the anesthesiologist fine and paid. Then I got a second bill for the same amount for a different anesthesiologist which they referred to as the "stand by" for the procedure. Crooks!

Received random bill post surgery and my insurance covered pretty much everything except this so seemed fine and not terribly suspicious so I paid. Now I need a reciept for my FSA and I can't find anyway to reach anyone. The only time I got an answer, the man on the phone said "nobody here can help you with that." He seemed just as confused as I was. Obviously when you get emergency surgery, you don't get to choose who does the anesthesia but I seriously question NY Presbyterians association with this group because everything else was decent or above expectations. If you have the choice to avoid, AVOID.
