Very nice staff! The people who work the front desk are very helpful even when it gets super busy👍 The physical therapists are knowledgeable and the area is nice and clean, cleaning equipment constantly. All staff and patients wear 😷 masks. The doctors are there to help you and listen to your questions!

My experience at Park Ave Trauma has been great. The Doctors and their assistants are really thorough in their examinations and follow up visits. It can get really busy for the staff at times and yet when it's my turn to be seen I feel like I'm the only one there and not feeling rushed. You're the best T! The ladies at the front desk appear to have many many responsibilities, not just checking patients in, out and pulling files and yet remain pleasant with a good and sometimes funny sense of humor which, to me, can be hard to maintain with the public when being pulled in many directions. :) Kudos to the ladies at the front desk! The physical therapy team is really great too! the PT team can also get very busy and yet they don't make their patients feel rushed and remain pleasant. They've been very attentive and focused whenever they've worked on me. Thank you PT team! So why 41/2 stars and not 5..... :/ there was an acupuncturist at the facility and she was also very effective and now no longer there. I'm hoping the acupuncturist returns : )) or they hire another just as effective.
