Terrible experience, long wait time all across the board for a simple physical. There’s only one person working at the front desk taking calls and admitting patients. Techs are rude and very unhelpful.. no sense of urgency considering I’m paying out of pocket. I waited in this waiting room for over 30 minutes for the provider to come in and examine me because they decided to take a meeting during this time. It’s highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Although I didn’t have an appointment, there weren’t that many people in the lobby and all I’m getting is a simple physical. Do better. And eating at the same place where urine samples are being tested is DISGUSTING.

I had a very positive experience at this 4th Ave., Park slope location. I arrived a few minutes late, but didn’t have to wait an excessive period of time for my appointment (9 AM on a Sunday morning), but the real winner was that I had Maria as my NP. She asked a lot of questions and got to a good course of action, which took care of a number of interrelated medical matters. Great bedside manner; nice vibe and personality, great memory for details. I’m feeling much better 24 hours later because of her combination of prescriptions. Surprisingly, good experience! I highly recommend this location. Hope you get Maria!!
