I had a great experience being treated by PA Yoav. She is one of the most knowledgeable and honest providers I met. Thorough, experienced, and takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. If something needs a specialist, she doesn't guess...she makes sure patients get the right care immediately and appropriate follow-up. She saved me from a pulmonary embolism The staff is also caring, professional, and compassionate. A quick reminder to everyone: urgent cares and ERs can get very busy, so please be patient and respectful. Healthcare providers are caring for many patients at once, and rushing them doesn't make things faster, it can increase the chance of mistakes. Highly recommend PA Yoav and the entire team.

First off I have to say this place is professional and caring I had an opportunity of being taken care of by Chanel. Her professionalism is out of this world. She took her time and didn’t miss a beat she is very strategic and very passionate about her career. She stood out in the crowd with her consistent flow of knowledge and work ethic. She made a process easy and quick.

The front desk staff were exceptional. I brought my 3 daughters and my husband in to this location and we were treated well and serviced on a timely manner. Khariah registered me and provided great customer service. Kirah was busy welcoming patients. Last but not least was Nehanda who did the ultimate job at educating and calming an agitated patient. She had the balance of professionalism, concern and compassion needed to de-escalate the situation. I appreciated that she offered to email me the doctor’s notes my family needed as opposed to having us wait. I hope we don’t have to go back to urgent care in the near future but if we must we are returning to this office.

My visit here was excellent. Chanel my nurse was absolutely amazing, so gentle, calming voice and she made sure she informed me of everything she does every step of the way, she checks in on me frequently. Her bedside manner is superb!!!! Nevada the front desk is just as amazing! She is so knowledgeable and she was running the front! I love these ladies, this place is nothing without them!

Waited for an hour and half to be seen. I still haven’t been seen - will update review based on whether I stay or not. They said they had an emergency, which I understand. But it’s an urgent care so that should be anticipated and other providers should be able to see other patients and keep the line moving. This is poor planning on their part. I’ve been here before and it’s not usually like this but this experience is enough to make me reconsider coming here in future. The lady at the front was helpful and did what she could with what she had. Update to review: I have changed my rating from one to three stars. I still think the amount of time taken to see a patient in urgent care was too long. The receptionist was honestly good. She was under pressure and did the best she could. The nurse I saw wasn’t super friendly but the doctor was effective. I also took into account that the business responded to my review. As a result I will probably give this place another shot but will hope the experience doesn’t repeat itself.
