Lihi Elkayam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT, affiliated with the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School of North America. She has advanced training, C2 Certification, in the Schroth Method of treatment for Scoliosis . I worked with Lihi once per week over a five month period in her studio. She considered my spinal x-rays, posture, level of pain, and general health to develop a personalized exercise program for my particular curvature. Lihi provided training in a series of strengthening exercises, elongation techniques, breathing, and postural awareness. She forwarded print-outs of each exercise that I use at home and in the gym to practice on my own, required maintenance in the Schroth program. Lihi is a lovely person, extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

My daughter went to see Lihi Elkayam at OneBody after back surgery for scoliosis. We had been somewhere else first and lost valuable time - what we needed was an expert in Schroth Therapy which Lihi is. She was incredible with my daughter and knew exactly how to treat her. The therapies and equipment she used were nothing like what my daughter had experienced before. After 3 months my daughter was in a completely different place after working with Lihi. In addition to being an excellent therapist - she is wonderful with children, kind and flexible. She made what could have been a real chore, a pleasant and gratifying experience. I highly recommend Lihi!
