Save yourself the headache and find someone else trustworthy, professional, and respectful. I had an appointment with Doctor Rohan A. Desai, MD, today at about 3 pm. I made sure I left work an hour before the appointment. When I got to the location, the receptionist “Sam,” stated that the Doctor had just left. I was on time. When I asked why, I said my appointment was at 3 pm. I did ask Sam why I didn’t get a cancellation notice or a voicemail. Sam stated that the doctor thought I was not coming and that he had left the location. Sam called Dr. Desai and said, "He was already on his Uber, and I had to reschedule.” This office is very unprofessional, and the Doctor is disrespectful and considerate. Please don’t waste your time coming to this office; find a responsible and professional one. That is just a red flag when it comes to Doctors in General who don’t value patients. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE OR DOCTOR.
