Great experience. Amazing costumer service and very friendly. The IV infusions seem to be helping and Fima is very kind and gentle when it comes to the IVs. One conversation could make your whole day seem better.

The older European women at the front desk was not very kind to me when I was waiting for the nurse to do more tests on me. The nurse told me to wait in one of the rooms to do more tests. The nurse was very professional and explained everything she was doing with me. However as I was waiting for the nurse the front desk lady came up to me and asked me in an angry unprofessional attitude, “What are you doing here?” I then told her why which she then said even more frustrated that “No, you can’t do that you need to make an appointment for these tests.” I told her that I would like to have her and I talk to the nurse so she could resolve this confusion. She scolded me for being there and just escorted me to the front desk. The doctor Jonathan Glenn Guterman I had sadly was also not very professional. It just seemed like he was prescribing me a bunch of tests but didn’t give me a final evaluation. I am never going back to this place or recommending any of my friends and family. I’ve never been treated this way I wish I could give a 0 star.

I started here with just a simple neurology visit and now I get vitamin infusions as well. A young man by the name of Fema who administers the vitamins is very kind and welcoming. Constantly checks on me during my infusion. He provides great customer service!
