Mr Khoa Ngo turned me away because I was 27 minutes late due to delayed train they made no attempts to reschedule me for the same day even though I came from Westchester. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Koa saw me and never followed up with a phone call about the urodynamics he said he wanted to discuss in two weeks after my last visit. I had to call and still never got a response but was booked for this procedure with no discussion even day of what I was to expect and the risk of infection and bleeding and pain. His medical assistants seemed nervous and forgot to anesthetize me they said. It was the most excruciating pain. The doctor spoke to the assistant the whole time and never explained what was happening to me. Meanwhile they sent my medical records saying they explained it all. The sonographer is a cold Eastern European lady who barks at you to open your legs. I would never go back and felt like an animal in a factory not like a person
