Nidhi is the best! She has helped me through acute pain and muscle spasms as well as maintenance. She is personable and a great listener. I initially walked into her office after being stuck in bed with a horrible back spasm and walked out pain free. She uses multiple modalities- estim, ultrasound, cupping, and excellent manual work. She has been so valuable to me and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Patel got me back on my feet! After twisting my ankle during a morning walk, I came to Movement Care PT in a lot of pain. Dr. Patel was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Through PT she gradually rebuilt my strength and stability. What I loved most was how she checked in every session to make sure I was progressing comfortably. I feel stronger now than before the injury!
