Miccass Physical Therapy, P.C.

I had a terrific experience at Miccass Physical Therapy. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I worked with Charles Meyers and Danielle Willis, both of whom were patient, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me address multiple issues simultaneously and always made sure to provide resources and exercises that were helpful and productive. If you need physical therapy on the UWS there's no better place.

After a tendon tear in my hip, I started seeing Shoshana twice a week here at Miccass. It's been 2 months, and I'm so encouraged by the positive results I'm seeing! I was previously in consistent pain in my hip and low back, and it was affecting my ability to walk up the stairs or even walk a few blocks to the bus. I'm very active, so this was depressing and frightening for me. Shoshana is a great listener, and she is thoughtful in her approach to therapy. I have a set of mobility and strengthening exercises I can do easily at home between sessions. I'm back to easily walking up stairs - and I walk the 19 blocks to Miccass instead of taking the bus for my appointments. I feel empowered about what my body is capable of, and I'm back in the gym, too. I highly recommend this practice, and specifically, Shoshana.
