I’ve had a wonderful experience with my ketamine treatments at this Midtown location. The entire team is incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate. They always make sure I’m comfortable and consistently check in throughout each session, which makes a huge difference. What really stands out is how thoughtful and calming the environment is. They’ve made the entire process feel safe, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable — to the point where I actually look forward to going to my appointments. I am receiving expert care, both gentle and informed, at Keta Medical Center. I had been doing infusions elsewhere but when my insurance started covering Spravato, I leapt at the chance. Keta gives you a bag with a blanket, an eye mask, a journal and they have scads of playlists featuring non-narrative/quasi-Eastern mood music. It's like a proper brain massage, and a 2-hour vacation in the middle of your day. All the doctors, nurses and staff are superhuman in their kindness. And best part: ketamine works! I am very happy there.
