Second time coming here for my mom. She gets nervous with getting her blood drawn, but both times have been a breeze. First time was with Gianna, and this time around was with Maribel. Both were very sweet to her and even made convo with her, putting a smile on her face. Thank you 😊

At first, since it was my first time, it was a bit difficult to make an appointment because they don’t answer the phone. Everything is done online, and the app doesn’t work very well. But once you’re there, everything is simple and quick. The location is excellent (it’s right next to my house). It’s easy to park, and there’s good access to public transportation. The only thing I would improve is the cleanliness and the condition of the laboratory. The girl who assisted me was very kind and professional. I definitely recommend it 100%.
