I'm not happy with the service. They might actually do a good job, however, I called 911 because I had fallen 2 days after surgery. Paramedic put me on the phone with a physician and never explain to me that this was a charge and it was a separate service. He just told me that I had to talk to the doctor so I could be cleared to go to the ER. I was in a lot of pain I was taking pain medication. My mother was there and my sister was there and they both stated that nothing was ever said about an extra charge or that this was not part of the emergency room or first responders. Paramedic put me on the line with the doctor he asked me what happened I said I had surgery two days ago and I fell he said okay you can go to the ER... So now I have an extra $150 charge.

Very disappointed with this service. I was transferred to this telehealth provider through a 911-related call while I was feeling unwell, and I was told the self-pay cost would be around $50. Later, I was billed $140, which was a huge shock and felt extremely misleading. After I called, I was given different explanations and different prices, including $79, and the billing process came across as confusing and unprofessional. The customer service experience felt sketchy because the pricing was not clearly and accurately explained upfront, and that kind of poor disclosure can cost people real money when they are already stressed and trying to get medical help. I eventually got the bill reduced, but only after pushing back. People should be very careful, ask for the exact self-pay amount in writing, and confirm whether there are same-day payment terms before agreeing to anything. I’m also disappointed that Lee County partnered with a service that, in my experience, handled billing this poorly and caused unnecessary stress during a medical situation.
