I need to share my wonderful experience at the East 87th St location. From my first day of physical therapy for my back, I was greeted with a smile by your friendly front office staff, which immediately put me at ease. I was fortunate to be assigned to Ovadya Pollak, aka Ov. His high energy and "firecracker" personality make you feel like you can achieve anything. He is incredibly patient and explains every exercise step-by-step. I think he has eyes in the back of his head.😂. Regardless of how many patients he is managing, he consistently checks in to ensure proper technique, correct form, and targeted muscle engagement to prevent injury. Additionally, Sarah was very supportive and helpful throughout my recovery process. I am feeling great, and choosing STARPRO for my physical therapy was an excellent decision.
