I can not recommend highly enough. If there were 10 stars i'd give it. I've worked with Sinead for close to 14 years-- first to recover use of my arms after a double mastectomy and most recently to rehab my broken shoulder. She's a brilliant, caring, professional and the most knowledgeable PT i've been to. My husband went to Latitude to rehab and prehab for knee replacement-- and my daughter, a life long jock, has been to her for a list of sports injuries too long to post. It's a family affair! I've recommended this place to all my friends and clients and everyone has thanked me!

Sinead goes above and beyond every single session, she’s patient, caring, and truly brilliant at what she does. You never feel rushed, and you always feel supported. The environment is positive, clean, and uplifting. Thanks to them, I’m already feeling better post my rotator cuff surgery. Highly recommend!!!
