Located on Wall Street, this location is super busy and I go here often during work days. I purchased a hot breakfast sandwich - turkey bacon, cheddar & egg white and caffe mocha. Sandwich was tasty for a quick breakfast that’s usually oven heated for you.

This was a very uncomfortable experience for me and my family. When we walked in, the cashier immediately told us there were no restrooms. None of us had asked about a restroom, so it was confusing why that was the first thing he said to us. We were simply there to buy drinks. The store is very small (around 500 sq ft), and he said he saw us looking for the restroom, which wasn’t the case. Despite the awkward interaction, we still decided to place an order. However, the cashier continued to rush us, repeatedly asking if we were ready to order even though there was no line behind us. I have never felt profiled in a place like this before, but the way we were treated made us feel unwelcome. As a family of seven, and as African-Americans, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and singled out. Businesses should treat all customers with respect and without assumptions. Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression on us.
