Helen is a fabulous physical therapist! I saw her during pregnancy to prepare for my labor and birth process, and she was instrumental in fixing my back and hip pain. She also helped me prepare for a smooth delivery, which allowed me to have a quick and easy post partum recovery. I can't recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable, kind, and cares deeply for her patience. I'd recommend her to anyone and will see her again if I ever need PT!

Helen Kim is an extraordinary teacher and physical therapist, and I am so grateful I get the opportunity to work with her! She is extremely smart, knowledgeable and wise, while at the same time being kind, warm and patient. She is a terrific communicator—she conveys the “how” of an exercise as well as the big picture “why” we are doing it. I greatly appreciate how extremely well organized she is, and how she reliably follows up—for instance sending me a few “homework” exercises, which allow me to reinforce what we do at our sessions. I find the hour flies by when working with Helen, and I always walk out feeling so good about my progress!
