I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I was contacted and told to come in and complete paperwork, which I did. However, it appears that the paperwork was never properly submitted or processed. When I tried to follow up, I repeatedly called the office for updates and assistance. Instead of receiving clear answers or having the issue resolved, I was continually directed to different people, departments, or phone numbers. Each time I was told to contact someone else, but the information was never properly relayed, and the issue remained unresolved. The lack of communication and follow-through created unnecessary delays and wasted a significant amount of my time. I expected better organization and coordination from a medical office, especially regarding important paperwork and patient communication. I hope management takes steps to improve internal communication and accountability so that future patients do not experience the same problems.
