This is the worst doctors office in the world, was a patient here for more than 15 years, arrived early for my appointment as requested, waited over 2 hours and when inquiring when I will be seen was disrespectfully answered to go find another doctor if I didn’t like that I had to wait. Office manager explained “the doctors are triple booked as requested by them, and they see people when they want to see people”. Dr. Speirer came out stating I was making more of a situation than it was after agreeing, the situation was highly inappropriate and unprofessional on behalf of his office staff and himself and stated I would need to wait an additional 2 hours if I wanted to be seen and accommodated. An accommodation 4 hours after my appointment time is absurd. This doctor and the staff have zero care or compassion for patients, and believe their time is more valuable than yours. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced at this establishment is a disgrace, this office should be closed immediately as it is a hazard to humans. These individuals should not even be able to treat rats. Unless you want to be treated as a number ($$) and not a person, do not frequent this establishment.

I've been a patient at this location for approximately 18 years; had 2 safe c-section deliveries. Great service as a pregnant patient despite the long wait time. However, getting an appointment years later when I'm not pregnant is a hassle. My worst experience occurred recently. I thought I secured an appointment two (2) weeks out even though I explained the urgency of my current problem but when I arrived at the Dr.'s office I was told that I did not have an appointment, as a matter of fact the doctor I was scheduled to see was not even there that day. I patiently requested to see another doctor considering my hectic schedule. I was told that he had to leave (yet there were patients arriving, even after I left 15 minutes later). I requested a copy of my records and was told that they would cost me $.75 cents per page and would be available in ten (10) business days. Unbelievable. I lost my temper, will never return there. I may require surgery and must now seek urgent care because they were unable to help me. Seeking new GYN.
