Today, for the first time in my life, I left the doctor’s office feeling very satisfied and uplifted. Dr. Tatyana Filenko is incredibly kind and attentive. She is an excellent specialist who listens carefully and provides clear guidance on what to do. The receptionist, Galina (I hope I got the name right), is a wonderful and sociable woman who warmly and cheerfully greets patients, easily handling incoming information. The gentleman who performs blood draws, unfortunately, I don’t know his name, is also very kind and courteous. He takes blood samples with remarkable professionalism—painlessly, without bruising, simply perfect. The nurses are also very sweet and pleasant. In general, I want to express my immense gratitude to your office! I am so happy to have finally found the doctors I’ve been searching for so long. Doctors you genuinely want to visit for help, knowing you’re coming to a “family” where you’ll be heard and assisted. От души благодарю.
