It pains me to write this because my wife and I do really like Dr Reilly he delivered both of our children as well as helped deliver me as a child early on in his career. It seems ever since Linda the office manager left the place has went completely downhill. My wife has tried to get an appointment for over a month with the office and has now been turned away twice. The first time is understandable as Dr Reilly had a delivery the second time the receptionist claimed the appointment was for the next week. I personally set the appointment and marked it in the calendar as I was on the phone with the lady. My wife was turned away due to the appointment “confusion” and when she asked to speak to Dr Reilly who was standing directly behind the receptionist she told her she needs an appointment to speak with him. You are a doctor not a superstar and it seems the office is trained to prevent anyone from speaking with Dr Reilly directly. Again you are a local doctor not a super star not some big shot the celebrity’s use. I also reached out to Dr Reilly on his personal line about this issue and no response either. Moral of the story if you just want to have a reliable gynecologist who is transparent and attentive to your needs this isn’t the place to go any longer. Linda was the backbone of the office and was able to reach patients on a personal basis and accommodate as needed. All the girls wanna do now is sit in a circle and gossip and joke and laugh all day.
