This is not a review of their providers, but rather their administrative and business practices. I struggled to get an appointment with them for weeks. I completed their intake form but did not hear back. I called multiple times during business hours, and most of the time, no one answered. When someone finally returned my call, they promised to give me a call back at the end of the day with a definitive answer. Unsurprisingly, they never called back or returned any of my calls thereafter. Initially, I was wary given the very old reviews here but went for it anyway. I was looking for a smaller, non-corporate clinic. Ultimately, I just wasted time and delayed my care trying to become a patient here. Look elsewhere.
