Find Us Physical Therapy Pc

I’ve been going here for about 3 yrs, and I truly love the Find Us team. I’ve been seen by all 3 of their physical therapists, whose sessions are all very unique and customized to my personal needs. Most recently, I got to experience their exceptional pre/post natal program by Dr. Cho. Leading up to my delivery, we worked on core strengthening as well as pelvic floor exercises. My sessions evolved with my pregnancy - always felt so personalized to my condition and health. I truly believe these sessions played a crucial role in my natural delivery. This clinic is absolutely something else, and I strongly recommend it.

I’m currently 39 weeks pregnant and came here because my baby hasn’t dropped yet and I felt like I needed some help. Dr. Cho was amazing—she clearly explained how to push during delivery and walked me through the whole labor process. Thanks to her my fear of giving birth has eased so much. I’m planning to keep coming even after the baby is born. Highly, highly recommend this place to all moms-to-be!
