I had a great experience at Fabian Garcia Physical Therapy. Fabian is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and it’s clear he has strong experience working with martial artists and combat sports athletes. That background really shows in how he evaluates and treats injuries. I was dealing with back pain shortly before a trip where I planned to be very active, and he quickly identified the root cause and put together a focused plan that got me feeling strong and confident again. Big shoutout to Ahmed as well, who worked with me throughout the entire process — attentive, professional, and instrumental in keeping everything on track. Highly recommend, especially for anyone involved in combat sports or high-intensity training.

Fabian and his staff have helped me with several sport specific injuries in the past year: keeping me training and teaching JiuJitsu full-time and aiding my recovery time. They’ve also aided my active recovery and I make a point to see them on the regular. I’ve also sent them several of my students whom they’ve been able to get back to training quickly. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
