I’m giving this star because I’ve been a patient at Eyes and Optics for 6 years. My last eye exam, in which I questioned and was not looked into, I’ve had a PD of 60 since I started wearing glasses at age 40 it never changed since then. My first two eye exams at your office if you check my prescriptions it was 60 , my glasses were fine. The last exam I had I got a copy of my prescription and the PD said 59.0 and I know if your PD is off by a mm makes a huge impact on your eyes. When I went to pick out my glasses I said this to the guy and lady there I said this is the wrong PD , the guy said well that’s your new prescription so who made the mistake? They just told me to pick out my glasses. When I picked up my new glasses, I told them I could not see out of them , I was told just keep wearing them they will adjust , this is the way you treat the elderly and cause more problems to their eyes with the wrong prescription? So I went home and it only got worse I was getting severe headaches and nausea, felt like I was looking cross eyed. I came back and forth over a half dozen or more times and still they would not check my other prescriptions which I asked and the other woman who sit behind the laptop said nasty well it doesn’t make a difference in the PD is she a Dr? No. I said yes it does and still the just got annoyed and said just wear the glasses, how can I wear glasses I can’t see out of. Still I came back and forth this went on a long time they did not fix the issue. I was back in there a couple months ago in March 2026 again and spoke to the front desk and told them the same issue that I’ve been going through one receptionist said oh yeah if my PD is off by half a mm or so I cannot see out of my glass and said your PD has to be correct. Still no one was helping the issue, so I have these brand new glasses I never wore and was charged to my insurance and were never fixed . So I am wearing an old pair of glasses from your office. Why isn’t anyone doing the right thing and issue me new glasses with the correct PD? You have all my information in your computer. Donna Urciuoli
