Tried to scam me! I brought in some glasses to see if they have a replacement screw to hold up the lens. The original one being the round one and the hex one was the replacement he had. The guy that worked there said he has something and came back with this totally different screw. I didnt like it so I asked him to take it off. I left the store right after and realized he took off the original screw that came with the glasses and gave me the replacement one he had just put on. When confronted he pretended not to realize and said he didnt see because he “wasn’t wearing his glasses thats why” and came back with a rude attitude saying “its not a big deal”. Terrible and dishonest business.

I purchased lenses here once, but unfortunately, they cracked in less than six months, which was disappointing. I also felt the pricing was on the higher side compared to the quality provided. Additionally, the store didn’t carry the brands I typically prefer. That said, the owner is a nice guy and offers good customer service, but I believe there’s room for improvement in both the product selection and durability.
