I’ve been coming to this office for 2 years now and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Strauss is always so professional and really cares about his patients—you can tell he puts us first. Tina is amazing too, always so helpful and kind. Everyone here makes you feel comfortable, and it’s always such a nice experience coming in.

Generally, a doctor's office in New York (including Staten Island) is not allowed to charge more than your insurance deductible for covered services, especially if they are in-network. Balance billing, which is charging a patient more than the agreed-upon amount between the provider and the insurance company, is generally prohibited. This office has no problem over charging
