I would not return to this office based on my experience. I initially came in for a routine annual visit and to discuss some gynecological concerns. At that first appointment, I arrived early and still was not seen until well after my scheduled time. I tried to be understanding, but it quickly became clear that this was not a one time issue. When I returned the next day for an ultrasound, the same problem happened again, even though the waiting room was not especially busy. On top of that, the front desk was very difficult to reach by phone. Calls rang for a long time before anyone answered, despite multiple staff members being present. After my ultrasound, I was kept waiting again only to be told I needed to make yet another appointment just to hear a brief explanation of my results. That felt unnecessarily inconvenient and dismissive of my time. Later, when I decided to cancel a scheduled procedure, I had to stay on hold for about 18 minutes before someone answered. The interaction was not friendly, and after confirming which appointment I wanted to cancel, the staff member put me on hold and then disconnected the call. My overall experience was that this office was disorganized, difficult to reach, and not respectful of patients’ time. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this practice.
