I returned to this clinic yesterday after three years, and I was reminded immediately why I trusted them with my care in the past. Years ago, I came here for frozen shoulders, and both of my parents have been treated here for knee and hip replacements. The level of care has always been exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Karen, who is truly amazing—helpful, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She sets the tone for the entire experience. My physical therapist, Ryan, was equally impressive. His bedside manner is outstanding, and he was incredibly thorough in assessing my shoulder tendonitis. He had already reviewed all the notes and diagnosis from my doctor, came fully prepared, and demonstrated a level of knowledge that was truly remarkable. The assessment took about an hour, but it never felt long because of the attention to detail, the clear explanations, and the care he put into every exercise he showed me. I left feeling heard, supported, and confident in my treatment plan. This place continues to deliver the best care possible, and I’m grateful to be back in such capable hands
