He showed up to a session with my step-father underprepared, gave him almost none of his time, and gave preferential treatment to younger patients. He spoke to my step-father in a horrendously rude manner. He also did not read the notes of the PT who worked with my step-father prior who helped progressed him, while Daniel set him back. Terrible professionalism.
