Centers Urgent Care of Bay Ridge

It was my first visit to urgent care , In the past, I have broad family members and they always had a good experience at this urgent care. I was Greeted by a very pleasant receptionist makes you feel very comfortable right off the bat the place is spacious very clean , extremely clean. I was called in right away cared for by a very pleasant provider. Within 15 minutes, they ran all the necessary viral testing everything was negative, but did have a nagging upper respiratory and ear infection Jumped on right away, calling in prescriptions. I was in and out within 20 minutes, definitely one of the better places Big thank you💜

I had to bring my daughter in a few days before Christmas with a terrible cough and vomiting. When we arrived, our information was taken very quickly by a very lovely receptionist. The waiting room was clean and I absolutely love that they have an area for the kids to play; this made waiting with a 5 year old much easier haha. We were taken back quickly, I'd say may 5 minutes max. The NPs that saw us were super friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable. The gentleman that took her tests was very gentle (doing 4 nose swabs on a sick kiddos wasn't an easy task). She had wheezing so they immediately gave her a nebulizer and sent us home with a face mask to do at home nebulizer treatments. At the end, they gave her some bubbles. I received a call quickly the next day that she had the flu. Genuinely, I've only had positive experiences every time we have to go!
