I am so pleased with Brillant Care’s Management . The Nurse always reaches out when I don’t follow up on monitoring my blood pressure on a daily basis. As soon as I test myself with the BP Monitor which they have provided, I receive a text confirming my BP Reading. Thank you for your service !

Poorly managed system. Received multiple text messages (sometimes at 3 in the morning) that I didn’t take my BP when I had. One time I received 6 messages in a 5 minute period of time. When I cancelled my service they said they would send me a return label in 2 days. It’s been 5 weeks. Multiple calls have not been returned, multiple emails have been ignored. I’m unsure of this company’s ability to manage patient data or health needs. Especially since they are paid through Medicare- it seems that taxpayer money is not handled in a prudent manner.
